§ The Founder
A recruiter on your side of the table.
Dana Safia spent a decade in the air before quietly rising to a global talent acquisition lead. The Career Edits is the advisory she built for the professionals she could not hire and the ones she wished had been better prepared.
ABOUT DANA
For ten years, Dana worked at 35,000 feet—watching, listening, and learning to read people quickly. The cabin taught her composure under pressure, an instinct for what people actually need versus what they say, and the discipline of premium service.
When she transitioned out of aviation, she didn't just look for a job; she began editing her career. She brought that raw talent for human psychology into talent acquisition, ultimately rising to Talent Acquisition Lead for a global AdTech company, where she managed recruitment across APAC, Europe, and North America.
Thousands of interviews. Hundreds of offers. A brutal, close-up view of exactly why highly qualified people get passed over.
Most career coaches tell you to work harder, format your resume to look pretty, or use generic motivational frameworks. Dana doesn't operate in theories, she operates in realities.
The Career Edits is the private practice she built. It is deliberately small, highly editorial, and it is not a coaching mill. Dana works with a selective handful of clients globally to master positioning, visibility, and influence.
