Cancellation and rescheduling.

The cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms that apply to your engagement are confirmed in writing before payment is taken or work begins. Those confirmed terms are the ones that apply.

If you need to move a session, please contact The Career Edits as early as possible so the time can be reallocated and a new slot found for you.

Late changes and missed sessions are handled case by case and according to the terms confirmed for your engagement. Repeated late changes may affect the schedule of a multi-session programme.

The free 30-minute consultation carries no fee. If you can no longer attend, letting Dana know in advance allows the time to be offered to another applicant.

Any refund position is set out in the terms confirmed in writing for your engagement. No refund promise is made on this page.

If a session has to be moved for reasons on this side, you will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative time.
