§ AI and client data
AI sharpens the work. You keep the voice.
AI is part of how modern hiring works, and part of how this practice works. This page explains exactly where it is used, where it is not, and how your information is treated.

Where AI is used
AI may support research, organisation, analysis and drafting — for example structuring information, exploring phrasing options, comparing your experience against target roles, or speeding up a first draft.
Where AI is not used
AI does not replace Dana's judgement. Recruiter-led assessment, positioning decisions and the final quality of your materials remain human work.
Accuracy of your experience
Achievements, titles, dates, employers and results are never invented or inflated. Everything in your materials must be true and defensible in an interview.
Your review and approval
You review and approve your final materials. Nothing is treated as finished until you confirm it reflects your experience accurately.
Preserving your voice
AI-assisted language is edited so it reads as you, not as a template. If a phrase does not sound like you, it does not stay.
Minimising sensitive information
Please keep sensitive personal information out of the documents you share. Identity numbers, financial account details, health information and confidential employer material are not needed for this work.
Third-party tools
Career work is carried out using standard professional and AI tools, which means your documents and information may be processed through third-party services. Care is taken to limit what is shared to what the work requires.
Confidentiality of client documents
Client documents are not published, shared or used as examples without your permission. Case files shared publicly are anonymised.
